Shipping
Through our online store, we currently ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For delivery to the EU and United Kingdom, please contact hello@crazaar.com.
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein,
- we will aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of purchase date but please be aware that we are a small team and delays can occur
- estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days by Swiss Post
- For made-to-order items expect a longer shipping time.
Refund and Return
We are happy to offer full refund (excluding shipping and taxes from customs) on items returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and purchased directly from www.crazaar.com.
- A proof of purchase is required.
- Sale, made-to-order and custom items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damagaed or if you reveice the wrong item, so that wen can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Any costs for packing and shipping the returns have to be paid by the customer.
