THE STORY BEHIND
All our Siirt blankets were hand-crafted by Kurdish men in Eastern Turkey, where weaving with goat wool has a history dating back to 6500 BC. Today, only a few places still manufacture Siirt blankets. Most of our stock comes from private households and has already served local families. Every blanket tells its own story, adding and incomparable touch of history and cosmopolitan flair to our home.
